CM Mr. Prakash Sing Badal will hand over the flat that is purchased by the owners of D D Mittal on 14th April. Providing this information Mittal Group’s CIO Sh. Rajendra Mittal told that their target is to provide people with affordable flats, they are trying to achieve this. He told the flight shall be of 12 stories, with 11 blocks having 528 flats. Block no. 1 and 2 having 96 flats together are completed and have been sold out. In dedication founder of Mittal Group Late Shri. Dwarka Das Mittal, apart from 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Drawing cum Dining, Kitchen, and balcony, basic amenities like water, electricity, natural air and light have also been taken care. The ground floor of the project is kept empty with no flats so that there can be car parking and other amenities. Out of the total area, 25% is covered for building rest are left for parks and other requirements. This project shall provide homes to people at an affordable cost and they can procure loans from banks.
